The journey starts by creating your secure client area so you can open your family case file and centralize exchanges.
The plan choice and subscription duration are decided later, at the subscription stage, once the essential case information has been provided.
This makes it possible to validate the feasibility and context of the case file first, before the final pricing decision.
After creating your account or signing in, you will be able to fill in the case file, verify the intervention context and then finalize the subscription in the secure client area.

Step 2: create your maintenance case file and provide the information needed to assess feasibility.
Step 3: then choose the plan and duration at the time of subscription, and follow your interventions in the private space.
